Please ensure you have given a minimum of 48 hours notice if you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this gives us time to hopefully fill your appointment.

Failure to notify the clinic before this time frame will result in deduction of the deposit paid.

If an appointment is "no showed" (you do not show up for your appointment or message within one hour of the appointment time to let us know you are not coming) the entire cost of the booked service will be deducted from the card used to secure the deposit.

Please be mindful you are securing the time of a medical professional, and that appointments are in high demand.

To avoid disappointment on the day, please note your treatment will be declined for the following reasons:

• The treatment will not have an aesthetically pleasing outcome. Peach Aesthetics provides natural looking results, if your goal is an exaggerated, over filled look, we may not be the provider for you and we may decline your treatment.

• The treatment area is already over filled, or has complications such as lumps or extensive filler migration.

• The medical professional performing the treatment does not believe the treatment to be safe.

• If you are under the age of 18.

• If you are planning pregnancy, currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

• If you have cold and flu symptoms.

• If you are travelling within 2 weeks of treatment.

• If you have had any vaccination within the last four weeks.

• If you have recently had major dental work.

• If you have active infections including acne in the treatment area.

• If you have an active cold sore.

• If you are currently taking antibiotics.
